Overall, the Scandinavian countries are aimed at complete disposal of ICE vehicles by 2030.

The Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Israel, Iceland, China and India also intend to stop using internal combustion engines by 2030. France, England and Germany are considering a phased transition with banning the sale of gasoline and diesel vehicles by 2040 and disposing of all ICE vehicles by 2050.

The Volvo Group, the second largest truck manufacturer, is rapidly switching to electric and hybrid propulsion. Tesla is also modernizing its electric tractor units. We are on the verge of a major transformation.
